A tale of two cups

I recently bought six nice 6 oz, wide mouthed cappuccino cups from Visions Espresso. When I opened the UPS box, I was horrified to see two broken cups. More likely than not, the cups broke on the UPS truck from Seattle, and they shipped from Visions Espresso in mint condition. However, I could not let my 4 cups be heart broken with two of their buddies KIA. I called Visions Espresso, and explained the situation. The lady on the phone was extremely nice, friendly, and responsive. She sent a new shipment of two cups free of charge, with no hassle on my end. Thanks Visions! Now my set of 4 has grown to a happy family of 6.
